Knife Man is a first-person horror game designed in the classic VHS style, reminiscent of slasher movies from the late 1990s. The story begins when your dad buys a VHS camera, and the group of friends decides to make a homemade horror movie together. You play the role of the cameraman, recording all the scenes and trying to follow the script to complete the creepy "handmade" horror work.

The special thing about this game is not the continuous jumpscare but the retro atmosphere, unique storytelling, and suspense when you shoot the scenes according to the requirements.

Game Story & Concept

Knife Man takes players on a journey to film an amateur project of the group of friends. You don't just stand and watch—you directly control the camera, find the right angle, calculate the timing, record each segment, and edit accordingly.

Some scenes also contain hints to help you avoid shooting incorrectly, creating the feeling of an amateur film crew trying to perfect their first horror film.

Gameplay—Simple But Focused on Atmosphere

Although the control mechanism is very basic, this game creates a special experience thanks to:

You can move, run, jump, crouch, zoom, and switch between shooting mode and review scene. All combine to create a real experience of a “camera operator” in a scary scene.
