Beholder 2 is a chilling dystopian adventure and the sequel in the acclaimed Beholder series. As Evan Redgrave, a newly hired staff member at the Ministry of the State, you’re tasked with routine paperwork, but a much deeper, more sinister truth lies just beneath the surface.

Beholder 2 is a 2.5D management and narrative-driven game with a blend of simulation, decision-making, and investigative storytelling. Unlike the surveillance-heavy gameplay of the original Beholder, this sequel focuses more on internal bureaucracy, offering a richer, more personal perspective on life inside the system.

How to Play

• Movement: Navigate the ministry by holding the left mouse button or using A/D or the left/right arrow keys.
• Interaction: Hover over people or objects and click the left mouse button, then select an action from the icon options.
• The spacebar is used for quick interactions.

Your day is split between:

• Work at the Ministry: Process paperwork by listening to citizens' requests, selecting the correct forms, departments, and offices. Accurate work earns money and builds your authority.
• Free Time: Use Evan’s time after work to read books, learn skills, interact with other characters, or investigate secrets.
• Rest: The only way to replenish time. Use it wisely.

Your Mission

While Evan's job seems mundane, there's a much larger story unfolding. The death of Evan's father, once a high-ranking Ministry official, opens up a mystery that could shake the foundations of the state. Your goal is to uncover the truth while keeping up appearances. The choices you make—whether to stay loyal to the state or rebel against it—will lead to vastly different outcomes.

Every person you meet might have a role in the mystery. Every conversation could be a clue or a trap. Trust no one—but don’t miss the chance to form alliances that might protect you.
